POWER HOUR

Students spend time working on homework with assistance from the center’s staff. The staff will also lead small classes where students experience learning through kinesthetic, auditory, and visual activities (ex: making molecule models, a potato clock, chemistry experiments).

CHAPEL

Staff introduce students to Jesus in ways that the students relate to. Students draw pictures, act out scenes from the Bible, and write songs and raps in response to the truths taught to them.

Activities include building food boxes for the hungry, helping keep the Corps grounds clean, and making cards for sick relatives. Students also volunteer at the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, Holiday Mail for Heroes, and Bell Ringing.
