Pathway of Hope understands that some families move from crisis to crisis and remain vulnerable. It is Pathway’s goal to provide services to families to break this cycle of crisis, starting with families with children, and achieve stability.

Pathway of Hope does not directly provide extra assistance; rather it enables the client(s) a process of developing a team that includes the client, a caseworker, and the community. A caseworker works intensively with a small number of families to help them achieve their short and long-term goals through collaboration and providing access to community resources.

The Salvation Army will continue to serve all those that come to us in need.
